My shop is doing so well I've been excluded from the draw. We finished filling the new retaining walls with fertile soil and tomorrow everyone else is going to draw straws to see who has to till the land. I really think we can make something of this life and for the first time in my life, I'm considering having kids. I think that's going to be soon though as everyone's agreed I should start a shop in one of the ground floor rooms now that we've started getting visitors. We've got some hydroponics going on the second floor to tide us over before we can expand the wall out and claim some farm land. The first night after the wall was completed was the best night's sleep I've had in years.Īfter the wall was done we no longer felt the need to huddle together, so we've mostly split up between the two rooms on the top floor. The first thing we did was build a wall around the building, then we got to fixing up some of the structural issues.

A vault dweller has cleared out the ghouls at the old Croup Manor and put out a call for settlers. We've managed to find a place to start again. Finally, they create a communal courtyard with a commerce shed. First, they'll reclaim some farmland, then they'll carve out some personal living space. The settlers begin with a wall around the manor, but they have plans. I've created a City Plan for Croup Manor: Ĭroup Manor City Plan for Sim Settlements 2
